We deliver through Pakistan’s most trusted courier partners:

  • TCS Courier

  • Leopards Courier

  • M&P (Call Courier)

  • Trax Logistics

🕐 Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of payment or confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.


2. Delivery Times

Other Cities 3 – 5 business days
Remote / Rural Areas 5 – 7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or national holidays.

Below PKR 5,000 Flat rate PKR 250 – 350
Above PKR 5,000 Free Nationwide Shipping
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

  • Express Delivery (for major cities) available at PKR 500 extra.

🔍 5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can track your order:

  • On the courier’s official website

  • Or through our Order Tracking page (if available on your store).

If you haven’t received your tracking ID within 48 hours, please contact our support team.


⚠️ 6. Important Notes

  1. Order Confirmation:
    Orders may require confirmation via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

  2. Address Accuracy:
    Please double-check your address, phone number, and postal code before checkout.

  3. Delivery Attempts:
    Couriers make up to two attempts to deliver. Unsuccessful deliveries will be returned to our warehouse.

  4. Damaged or Missing Parcels:
    If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package.

  5. Returns / Exchanges:

    • Faulty or incorrect items → Free return shipping

    • Change of mind → Customer covers the return cost

  6. Uncontrollable Delays:
    Elite Universe is not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions or natural events, but we’ll assist you in resolving any issue promptly.
